Established on May 22, 2013 in Binondo, Manila City; Unity Developers Corporation (UDC) is engaged in real estate development and commercial leasing  operations.

The company started by developing properties with affiliates Ataw Marketing and Happy Go Shopping Center as its anchor tenants. These shopping centers are located in various key cities and municipalities throughout Luzon.

Currently, UDC owns five (5) commercial buildings located at: Subic and Iba, Zambales; Candon, Ilocos Sur; Rosario, Cavite and Valenzuela City.
